How to Access 2023 Tax Bill

Dear Neighbors,

It is my honor to inform you that the Village of Orland Hills is going to make history in the upcoming months. The first step happened when residents voted on a referendum to refund a portion of the Village’s cannabis tax money back to our residents. The next step will happen during the second week of January when residents will have the opportunity to apply for a Tax Rebate. This is the first time in the history of Orland

At approximately 2:30 PM on Wednesday afternoon, a Village of Orland Hills maintenance worker was performing routine maintenance behind our Recreation Center and outside of the wetlands when his machine inadvertently caused the vegetation to catch fire.

Upon realizing what had happened the Orland Fire Department was contacted and immediately dispatched to the scene. They, along with several other neighboring departments, quickly responded and move to contain the fire within the wetlands. This

Trick-Or-Treat hours for the Village of Orland Hills are October 31st, from 3pm - 7pm.

The Village is aware of the underground gas leak which occurred at the Circle K located at 167th and LaGrange. The State Fire Marshal, Illinois Environmental Protect Agency, Orland Hills Public Works Department, Orland Hills Police Department, and the Orland Fire Protection District were on site last night, Tuesday, September 24th. All agencies are currently on site today, Wednesday, September 25th, and will remain onsite to mitigate all efforts to remedy the situation.
