Fall/winter storms can cause flash flooding!

Please remember to check your sump pump and discharge line to insure they are working properly.  Also, check your gutters & downspouts to insure they divert water away from your foundation.  If you have a sewer near your home, check to make sure the grate is free & clear of debris.
