FOR THE REGULAR VILLAGE BOARD MEETING
OF THE PRESIDENT AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF ORLAND HILLS, ILLINOIS
FOR APRIL 21, 2010
President Hastings called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Clerk Burke called the roll with the following results. Present: President Kyle R. Hastings, Clerk Burke, Trustees: O'Neill, Roti, Janachowski, Hanley, Morrison and Gnech, Administrator Daly, Attorney Amy Zale, Recreation Director Bilina, Chief Scully, Deputy Chief Blaha. Absent: Building Commissioner Ennesser, Public Works Director Worley, ESDA Director Leddin.
With a quorum having been established, a salute to the flag was proffered.

Mayor Hastings read into the record Proclamation # 2010-1019, Motorcycle Awareness Month.

Clerk’s Report: Clerk BurkeClerk Burke requested support of a motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Village Board Meeting of the Village President and the Board of Trustees for April 7, 2010, as presented. Motion made by Trustee Morrison, seconded by Trustee Roti. Ayes: Trustees: O’Neill, Roti, Janachowski, Hanley, Morrison and Gnech. Nays: None. Absent: None. Trustee O’Neill moved, seconded by Trustee Morrison to approve Warrant #09-10-49; being all regular bill payments for this period, which report is titled as “Miscellaneous Accounts Payable,” and which report is dated April 21, 2010, in the amount of $125,498.32. Ayes: Trustees: O’Neill, Roti, Janachowski, Hanley, Morrison and Gnech. Nays: None. Absent: None. MOTION CARRIED. Trustee O’Neill moved, seconded by Trustee Morrison to approve Fiscal Year 2010-2011 Annual Budget, as presented. Ayes: Trustees: O’Neill, Roti, Janachowski, Hanley, Morrison and Gnech. Nays: None. Absent: None. MOTION CARRIED. Trustee O’Neill moved, seconded by Trustee Janachowski to approve Fiscal Year 2010-2011 Annual Pay Plan, as presented. Trustee Morrison moved, seconded by Trustee Hanley to approve program instructor / supervisor agreements, as presented. Ayes: Trustees: O’Neill, Roti, Janachowski, Hanley, Morrison and Gnech. Nays: None. Absent: None. MOTION CARRIED.Trustee Morrison announced the award of $1,000.00 from WalMart, the 2010 Summer Brochure in the mail, and theVeterans Commission’s 5K Run on May 16, 2010.
